Hereby are set the terms of transactions for the services provided through our website to our customers, which function in addition to the contractual terms, as each time they are formed in the context of each separate contract concluded with each of our customers, the provisions of the national and EU legislation and the rules of international fair trading practice, which we follow and apply.\nWith each use of our website, you accept that you have read these Terms of Transactions. Therefore, please read these terms carefully before using our services and proceed if you accept them. If you do not agree with the terms, you must refrain from any transaction.\nThe Terms of Transactions may at any time without notice be modified by GALAXSEAS YACHTING EXPERIENCE MCPY. As far as your contract is concerned, it is governed by the terms in force at the time of its conclusion. The various offers are valid for specific services and for a specific time. Our company reserves the right to change the prices, but in the event that there is a previous agreement, pre-booking or order, the price stated at the time of the pre-booking or order applies.<\/p>\n
GALAXSEAS YACHTING EXPERIENCE MCPY accepts payments by bank transfer. In any case, you accept that the conclusion of the contract entails your relative obligation to pay as detailed in the contract.<\/p>\n
A \u20ac3,000 refundable security deposit is required at the start of the charter against the possibility of loss, accident, damage or late delivery of the vessel. The amount is paid by credit card (Visa or Master) or cash and is returned upon completion of the charter.<\/p>\n
You have the right to withdraw without compensation during the pre-contractual stage of the relationship between us. After the conclusion of the contract, a different compensation policy of our company is applied, depending on the time that elapses between the start date of the charter and your declaration of its cancellation. That is: a) for cancellations made more than sixty (60) days before the agreed start date of the charter, an amount equal to 30% of the total fare, b) for cancellations made in the period between fifty sixty (60) and thirty (30) days before the agreed start date of the charter, an amount equal to 50% of the total fare, c) for cancellations made in the period under (30) days before the agreed start date of the charter, an amount equal to 100% of the total fare.\nIn the event that the boat is chartered to someone else at the same time and under the same conditions, the total amount will be refunded to you, after the charter has been cleared, and only \u20ac300 administration fees, any difference in the charter amount and any other costs that will arise.\nIn order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by a clear statement sent by e-mail to our address above. In case of sending a statement of withdrawal, we will send you via email a confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal.<\/p>\n
The entire content of our website, including but not limited to marks, logos, texts, designs, graphics, photos, software, services provided and all the agreements concerning them are the intellectual property of GALAXSEAS YACHTING EXPERIENCE MCPY and are protected by the Greek and International Legislation. However, we are not responsible for booking errors attributable to the charterer or caused by unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances. GALAXSEAS YACHTING EXPERIENCE MCPY will take appropriate action to meet its obligations within a reasonable period of time.\nAny invalidity of some of the terms herein does not invalidate the rest.
